If your pet experiences an emergency situation during our business hours, you don’t need an appointment - bring them in right away. That said, you should call ahead of time if possible. This will alert our staff that you’re coming, and can help us be ready to receive your pet and give them care immediately when you arrive. Emergency situations will always receive priority over appointments and general care visits.
We refer after-hour emergencies to the following two facilities. Both are deeply experienced at emergency care and will give your pet the best possible healthcare in the event of an emergency that occurs while Cainhoy Veterinary Hospital is closed.
