We generally request that appointments be made in advance to ensure that you’ll be able to have your pet cared for in a timely manner. Please make an appointment either through our online form or by calling our office directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate a time that’s most convenient for you based on our existing schedule.
The exception to our appointment policy is in the case of emergencies, in which case no appointment is necessary. That said, call us ahead of time when you’re bringing your pet in for emergency care if possible. This will help ensure that we’re as ready as possible to receive and treat your pet when you arrive.
To keep all pets and owners safe and comfortable, we require all pets to be either leashed or kept in carriers while in the waiting room. Please behave respectfully and use common sense when it comes to interactions with other pets and their owners.
Payment is required at the time that veterinary services are rendered or products are purchased. We accept all major credit cards as well as cash or check when paying for services rendered. We also accept CareCredit® when paying for services or purchases.
Prescriptions can be refilled by placing an order directly at our office during a visit or online through our website. Payment is required at the time that orders for prescriptions are placed.
We offer a range of prescription diets designed to help improve your pet’s nutrition or, in some cases, to help treat specific diseases, chronic conditions, or health issues. Ask our veterinary experts about specific prescription diets if you have questions.
