We are excited to share that we will be returning to normal vet visits in the near future, adjusting our protocols in a progressive manner. The safety of our clients, team, and families remains our number one priority and we feel confident that our slow and steady pace will ensure this. In the meantime, we have a friendly reminder about our curbside and in-person appointments
While abiding by the most recent CDC guidelines we are here to accommodate your appointment type preference
In-Person visits are an option for appointments, pick-ups, drop-offs, and medication/food refills. We kindly request our clients to follow the below protocols:
- Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and call us at (843) 971-6200. Because we are limiting our lobby access to one client at a time, a member of our team will check you in and let you know if you may enter the hospital or hold momentarily until the lobby is cleared
- Up to 2 humans may enter the hospital per pet appointment
- Only 1 person may enter the hospital for pick-ups, drop-offs, medication, and/or food refills
- If you are fully vaccinated (defined as 2 weeks after the second Pfizer or Moderna booster or 2 weeks after J & J vaccine), a mask is recommended but not required. If you are not fully vaccinated, your mask is required
- Upon entering the hospital, you will be asked to immediately sanitize your hands
- We require social distancing for all visitors and staff when inside the hospital
Curbside service is still available for appointments, pick-ups, drop-offs, and medication/food refills for those who prefer. We kindly request our clients to follow the below protocols:
- Dogs on a leash and cats in a carrier
- Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and call us at (843) 971-6200. A member of our staff will check you in for your appointment or process any medication or food refill requested
- A technician will call you to obtain a thorough history, collect your pet from your vehicle and escort them into the hospital for their appointment
- A Doctor or team member will call shortly thereafter to discuss the exam findings and next steps in the curbside appointment process
Please note: Our hospital team will continue to wear masks when interacting with clients. We are taking this additional precaution to ensure the safety of our team. If a member of our hospital tests positive for COVID-19, we run the risk of having to temporarily close the hospital for thorough cleaning, and we do not want to interrupt our ability to serve the families and pets in our wonderful community.
We are determined to ensure the safety of all. Rest assured; we are taking additional measures to sanitize our hospital between appointments. We appreciate your understanding and support. Stay safe!
